@help I tried it again and it worked. Must have just been a glitch. It doesn't like to crosspost using * as bullets for a list though. I had to edit the post on Mastodon to get bullets.

It's been 12 hours now, and the post still hasn't been crossposted. I didn't write the post until I was done setting up, because crossposting was the reason I wanted to make use of the account. I'll delete the post and post again, and see how that goes.

I'm fairly new to using the site. Haven't found what I need in the forums.
Is there an expected lag between posting here and when it shows up on the services you're crossposting to? I posted something here nearly an hour ago, and it's not yet shown up on either my Mastodon or Bluesky accounts. Is there something more I need to be doing in settings?
